Refund Policy

At DIVA SHARM, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help you exchange it or return it for a refund — please read the conditions below before sending anything back to us.

How long do you have?

You have 14 business days from the day your order arrives to request a return or an exchange. After this period, we are no longer able to process requests.

Condition of the items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must come back to us in the same condition you received them:

  • unworn and unwashed,
  • free of stains, makeup, perfume or odours,
  • with all original tags, labels and stickers intact,
  • in the original packaging.

Please also include a copy of your proof of purchase in the parcel. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Exchanging for a different size or colour

Would you like the same item in a different size or colour? Here's how it works:

  1. Send the item back to us in line with the conditions above.
  2. On the same day you ship it, drop us an email at divasharm@inbox.lv with your order number and the size or colour you'd like instead.
  3. Once we receive your parcel, we'll dispatch the replacement within 1 business day.

Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.

Returning for a refund

If you'd prefer your money back rather than a replacement:

  1. Ship the item back to us within the 14-business-day window, keeping the conditions above in mind.
  2. Let us know the same day by writing to divasharm@inbox.lv with your order number.
  3. As soon as your parcel arrives and the items pass our check, we'll process the refund.

The original courier delivery charge is non-refundable.

Faulty items or wrong orders

Mistakes happen — and when they do, they're on us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if you received something other than what you ordered, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid, including any shipping costs. Just reach out to us by email and we'll take it from there.

A note for customers outside the EU

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer standard exchanges or returns for orders shipped outside the European Union. The only exception is a manufacturing defect: in that case, we will accept the return and refund the full amount you paid.
