Shipping Policy
At DIVA SHARM we ship our lingerie throughout the European Union via Omniva parcel lockers — a fast, convenient and contact-free delivery option that lets you pick up your order at a time that suits you.
Where we ship
We deliver to all European Union countries where Omniva operates a parcel locker network. During checkout you'll be able to select the country of delivery and the specific parcel locker closest to you.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to destinations outside the European Union.
Shipping cost
The cost of delivery depends on the destination country and the delivery service used. The exact shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout once you have selected your country and parcel locker, before you confirm and pay for your order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the order arrived with a manufacturing defect or did not match what you ordered (see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details).
Processing time
Once your payment has been received, we begin preparing your order. Most orders are packed and handed over to Omniva within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, along with a tracking number you can use to follow its journey to your chosen parcel locker.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery times via Omniva are approximately:
- Latvia: 1–2 business days
- Estonia and Lithuania: 2–3 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
These are estimates provided by the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary due to seasonal peaks, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.
Picking up your parcel
When your parcel arrives at the Omniva parcel locker, you will receive an SMS or e-mail notification from Omniva with a unique pick-up code. Simply enter the code at the locker to collect your order.
Parcels are typically held at the locker for 7 days. If a parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you regarding redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- an incorrect or incomplete address,
- the wrong parcel locker selected at checkout,
- failure to collect the parcel within the locker's holding period,
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control (carrier strikes, weather, customs delays, etc.).
If your parcel is returned to us for any of the above reasons, we will refund the cost of the goods (excluding the original shipping fee). Redelivery is available at the customer's expense.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening it.
- Inspect the contents as soon as possible.
- Contact us at divasharm@inbox.lv within 48 hours of pick-up, including your order number and the photos.
We'll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
